By joining the EMBER community or purchasing any package, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Community Membership: Access to the EMBER community requires a monthly subscription fee of $9.99 (unless otherwise stated). This includes entry into our private Facebook group, webinars, expert lectures, and ongoing resources.
Coaching Packages: Packages are an optional, additional purchase available only to active community members. Each package is billed separately.
Billing & Renewals: Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled. Packages are billed in full at the time of purchase.
When participating in the EMBER community or coaching services, you agree to:
Treat all members, coaches, and staff with respect.
Avoid harassing, harmful, or abusive behavior.
Keep community content and member information private.
Follow all community guidelines as provided.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.
Your trust is central to EMBER. We are committed to:
Confidentiality: We do not sell or share your personal data.
Respectful Community: Our private spaces are moderated to foster kindness and authenticity.
Expert Integrity: All specialists we partner with are selected to provide safe, professional guidance.
Safety Resources: We provide ongoing education about online and offline dating safety, including first-date best practices and boundary setting.
While we are committed to creating a safe environment, EMBER is not responsible for the actions of members outside our platform. You are solely responsible for your choices, interactions, and personal safety.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before the next billing cycle.
EMBER reserves the right to change pricing with notice provided to members.
EMBER provides education, coaching, and community support, but cannot guarantee personal outcomes or specific results in dating or relationships. All services are offered “as-is.”
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or community guidelines.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
